Inspired by ballet and Pilates, Mat Barre Burn focuses on small, controlled movements that target each muscle group, improving balance, coordination, endurance, and posture, all while being gentle on the joints.

Power Vinyasa is an athletic, high-energy flow that moves at a quicker pace than traditional Vinyasa yoga.
This practice focuses on building core strength through fluid, challenging sequences, strong standing poses, balance work. These elements work together to boost cardiovascular endurance, improve flexibility, and sculpt lean muscle. Breath and movement are intentionally linked throughout the class, encouraging focus, presence, and a deeper connection between body and mind.
